We all need a little help in life now and then. Sometimes we can find the help we need from our relationships with friends, family and mentors. But sometimes we need a new perspective, a fresh start, a new path. In these moments, there is a great advantage to seeking out a personal consultant. Through various techniques, they can help you regroup, focus and plot a path for moving forward.

I offer several different types of strategies for all levels personal growth. Quite often learning these tips and techniques can benefit you not only in your personal life, but the benefits can also carry over into your professional life. I will briefly describe each type of personal consulting service that I offer below.

Abundance Coaching – In this area of personal consulting, we explore your current state of abundance and any potential blocks that are preventing you from acquiring a more full and prosperous state of being. We will discuss effective solutions for overcoming any blocks and outline a productive plan for increased abundance and prosperity. Abundance is not just about finances and material possessions, although that is what comes to mind for most people when they think about abundance. However, abundance encompasses all areas of life including relationships, physical health, emotional and spiritual growth, creative processes, business ethics and social practices.

Higher Frequency Coaching – Now I hope that I do not lose some of you more traditional types here. Just open your mind a little and hear me out. All things, even inanimate objects, vibrate to a certain frequency. Frequencies and their effects on different aspects of our lives have been aggressively studied throughout the last century. Varying frequencies can be used in treating different physical, mental and emotional, as well as spiritual ailments. However, what I convey in this area of personal consulting, are the different techniques you can use to raise your own personal frequency. There are many ways to achieve this through food intake, music, spiritual practices, UV exposure, and physical exercise, just to name a few. The benefits of raising your personal frequency are multi-dimensional and far reaching. We will discuss what items or practices in your life that may be causing you to have a lower frequency vibration and design an action plan for incorporating new techniques to raise your frequency to promote well being and positive growth in all facets of your life.

Positive Communication Coaching – The spoken word is powerful no matter what the old rhyme of ‘Sticks and Stones’ says. I have always encouraged the practice of positive communication in my professional life as well as my own home. I did not allow my children to call each other negative names or say overly damaging things to one another. Now that is not to say that it did not happen at times (hello, they are human and they are children), but we addressed it and worked on expressing feelings in ways that were constructive and not demeaning to one another. When you are surrounded by negative words and deeds, this can crush the spirit and manifest negative emotional, physical and spiritual symptoms in your being. Negative communication also includes negative ‘self-talk’ and negative beliefs about yourself. The origins of these negative beliefs may have originated from your own thoughts and words or from the words of other people in your past or current environment. Maybe you would like to learn how to be more positive in your everyday communication with those in your world. Maybe you did not have the advantage of learning positive communication or having it modeled for you by those around you. That is okay. You can learn to speak life and goodness into your reality and towards others in your life. In this sector of personal consulting, we will address negative communication patterns and how to make doable adjustments to clear any blocks and reprogram your communication style to bring your communication abilities to a higher level of prosperity for you and those you encounter on a daily basis.

It can be a challenge to present a successful business image and keep evolving your services and practices in an effort to stay current and relevant in the competitive professional arena. Especially now that many business activities can extend over into personal time as you try to keep up with the fast pace of emerging technologies. It is important to maintain balance and business consulting can restore that balance.

Business consulting is a chance for business individuals and groups to illicit an outside view of current business processes and practices. This view from the outside can offer new insight on traditional business practices and inspire creativity to breathe new life into day-to-day operations, thus helping to propel efforts for future growth and productivity.

In my business consulting I have developed services that are designed to identify current occupational assets and disabilities, streamline processes, and incorporate alternate systems to promote and grow new business from start or from existing foundations. I will briefly describe those services below.

Consulting and Process Analysis – During this consultation, we will discuss current business processes and practices to determine what is working and what areas may need adjustment. We will explore alternative options for streamlining and optimizing operations and develop a solid plan to implement those customized options.

Business Networking and Promotion – Great! You have done all the hard work of finding a niche market, preparing your services packages, ordering products and supplies, final inspections, and now what? It is one thing to have a business and offer amazing products and services, but what does any of that matter if no one knows anything about it? In this consultation session we will discuss the marketing efforts currently in place and which ones to pass on. We will explore other avenues of promotion including social media platforms and good old-fashioned networking and the best ways to navigate the road from brand obscurity to being a leader in your target market.

Business Development – Whether you are starting from square one or you have an established business, during this consultation process, we will explore your core foundations and help you develop a thorough blueprint for developing your existing business or your new concept into a model that delivers results. This session will also cover marketing and developing an online presence for your brand and area of service.

Motivational Speaking – Individual and Group Events – These event services are tailored to your particular professional climate and are designed to help you and your team learn how to transform your current professional surroundings into a productive and harmonious environment that fosters growth and progress. It is all about win-win for everyone involved and looking for ways to develop those win-win situations that produce overall growth and sustainability for your business. Discover how to turn perceived negatives into positive challenges and enjoy the rewards of overcoming those challenges efficiently while building trust and confidence in your brand, in your business relationships and among your team and colleagues.

It is my firm belief that healing for the whole being must also encompass the attention to and the nurturing of the spiritual body of our existence. The physical body is the habitat for the spirit and the mind is the manager of the physical body. The spirit is what helps guide the mind to control the actions of the physical body. Each component of the whole body has a function to perform and they are interdependent upon each other. All are equally important and needed as we navigate life here on Earth.

I often encounter people who have been turned off by any form of spirituality including Christianity because of their experiences with a particular church or denomination, the words and actions of those practicing Christianity or other religions, or the misunderstanding of certain Christian or religious principles. It pains me to see someone in need of the true message of healing and freedom found in a faith-based relationship but because they have been so beat up from life and have faced harsh judgement from the spiritual community, they will decline to hear the message or they will turn away and continue on a path of difficulty and sadness. Although my beliefs are Christ-centered, I encourage those of you who are reading this and who are not followers of Christ to read through this entire description before making a decision about selecting or incorporating this service for your spiritual healing and/or enhancement.

At the center of many cultures and religions are the universal concepts of love and faith. In Christianity, Christ loved the people. He LOVED them and it was evident in His interactions with them. I believe that this unconditional love is the single most important trait that we can imitate as His followers. We must love the people, speak truth to them in love,  and lift them up when they are in times of trial. This concept transcends religious boundaries. It is universal. When someone is suffering physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, they can become stagnant and lost. They may not be capable of maintaining healthy relationships. They may have difficulty even doing the simplest of tasks. I feel that in this capacity of my service, it is my personal spiritual mission to be a light to those who may have become lost or who have found themselves unable to navigate a path to spiritual healing and clarity. As His followers we are commanded to go into all the world to preach and teach this message of love. We have not been called to judge and condemn.

Many of the concepts found in the Bible can be found in other cultures and spiritual beliefs, so I feel that my spiritual consulting services are relevant to others who may come from different spiritual backgrounds. I believe that these sessions will compliment and perhaps enhance and strengthen the existing core beliefs of those in need of spiritual consulting. What I am saying here is, do not be afraid to reach out and explore this offering. You will know if it is right for you.

The Spiritual Counseling and Spiritual Life Coaching sessions that I offer are gentle in nature and are conducted with a spirit of non-judgement. During these sessions, I focus on helping my clients identify what issues are affecting their spiritual life and how they may be affecting the other areas of their life, such as their personal relationships or working environment. I then draw from the Scriptures and Biblical principles, as well as other positive sources of wisdom and life experiences to offer guidance and help light the way to healing and spiritual restoration of the soul. As I do within my other consulting services, I help my clients to let go of negative producing actions and beliefs that are blocking their growth and prosperity and help them to develop practices and processes that focus on healing and moving forward in a direction that will be productive to their whole being.

We are all human, we all make mistakes, we all experience loss and pain. But we can move forward and we can heal. We can experience joy and fulfillment. We can find strength and purpose. It is my hope that those who are suffering or having difficulty moving forward, will be brave enough to reach out for help.
